1 to 2 cups Milk (varies depends on the fruit used).
3 frozen Bananas
2 cups frozen Strawberries
Blend until mixed and smooth. Makes 3-4 servings depending on glass used.
We have used frozen blueberries, mangos, grapes, kiwi and they are all good. If it isn't sweet enough for your taste feel free to use your favorite sweetener. I use honey sometimes but not very often. You can also add yogurt for extra protein Enjoy!!
