What small appliance is most important in your kitchen?

I have several small appliances in my kitchen but I would have to say that the coffee pot is most important. Who doesn't like a cup of coffee to get you going in the morning. Okay I know not everyone likes coffee but we do in my house.  My list of important small appliances are.... 

Coffee Pot/Maker
Toaster
Crockpot
Bread Machine
Electric Skillet
Stand Mixer
Blender
Juicer
Mini Food Processor
Small Electric Oven
Food Dehydrator 
Microwave 

There are many more small appliances available more than what I have listed but these are the ones I use on a regular basis.  What is your favorite?
